Common questions

Will you crack my back?

We emphasize gentle techniques and talk through options and your preferences before any care.

Do I need an X-ray?

Not necessarily. Imaging is only considered when your assessment shows it's clinically needed.

How many appointments will I need?

That depends on your examination findings, your goals and how you respond. We discuss recommendations with you rather than giving everyone the same plan.

Do you give exercise and movement advice?

Yes. Education about movement, activity and things you can do at home is a big part of how we work.

What if chiropractic isn't right for me?

The assessment helps identify whether conservative care is a good fit or whether a referral to another provider makes more sense.

Is this just a sales appointment?

No. The visit is designed to assess your concerns and explain your findings and options. Any ongoing care is a separate decision that's always yours to make.
